Oversees human resources, business operations, and staff management, ensuring Winfield runs efficiently and professionally.
Coordinates grade-level academic programmes, supervises teachers, and ensures consistent, rigorous assessment across all classes.
Leads all preschool programmes, mentors class teachers, and ensures the highest quality of early childhood education.
